Mr. Gibson, who has practiced law for more than fifty years, limits his practice to civil litigation. His trial practice experience ranges from anti-trust, commercial, contract and securities litigation to serious and catastrophic personal injury prosecution and defense.

Mr. Gibson is well-experienced in the litigation of property tax issues representing major railroad and utility property owners. He also represents corporations and individuals with state tax refund issues involving assessments administered by the Tennessee Department of Revenue.

Over the course of his practice, Mr. Gibson has tried more than 200 jury cases. Mr. Gibson was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1985.
